During this period, you will get some context of how we work and our goal is to provide as much value as possible. As well, websites audits are complimentary.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time until the project is completed, and downgrades are available at the start of any new projects. For example, if you paid a Lot fee and wanted to do single projects at a time, you can downgrade after the lot projects have been completed. The same thing goes for hourly work. If you were invoice per project, you can downgrade to hourly service after project completion.
For small projects, like logo designs, fees are paid in advance. For projects, there is a 50% upfront payment with the remaining 50% required after project completion if it is a one-off project.
For ongoing, monthly subscriptions, there is a setup fee with recurring bi-weekly payments for each month’s project and/or lot tasks. Discounts are applied once a task upgrades to ‘project’ status, and an additional discount to ‘Lot’ status when three projects are purchased.
The preferred method of payment is by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or e-transfer, but other methods might be available, depending on the situation. For frequent customers, we also have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
We work with you along the way and provide hourly or daily updates, sharing project information and will make changes if needed. If any projects are cancelled during a monthly subscription, then the payments are halted at the current two-week timeframe.
