What Three Pillars refer to

The phrase β€˜Three Pillars’ is based on three fundamental service areas:

Main Three Categories

Lead Generation for Different Industries

We sell leads lists as well as assist small businesses with their current seo programs for local listings. Larger seo programs are developed through partners.

Training Programs

We assist with tasks associated to online information deployment, which can involve training business owners and their employees on how to delegate tasks specific to AI LLM models with integrating AI into work environments as well as with targeted prompt engineering and AI assistant building.

The Three Pillars Story
I always wanted to be able to assist businesses, especially small business. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it is that they are more vulnerable, and in a more volatile position that if, when they don’t take on the right strategy at the right time, they can be doomed before they know it.
Most of us have used AI-related applications for a while, we just might not have realized it. Google maps is based on AI as is the movie service, Netflix and smart technologies on our phones and other devices.
Small businesses don’t have the cushion that big business has to continually try new things, fail at them and carry on like they barely noticed what happens when they try a new business model (for example) that is supposed to work, but doesn’t.

Case In Point

A number of years ago, I worked at a small ISP startup in Toronto that was a real industry trendsetter when it came to a new technology called β€˜IPTV’. They were constantly being hammered by their own partner suppliers when it came to fees for service usage amongst other things.
These partner suppliers didn’t want this company to succeed and on different occasions (and on a daily basis), played dirty and used any excuse to deny service to the company and its customers. The suppliers’ tactics almost killed the company, but they persevered.
When each supplier did their own research into IPTV, they ALL failed to produce home-grown technology at the expense of millions and at the end of the day, they had to buy the technology from someone else.
My old employer made the technology work – with just a handful of programmers, with one of them being the founder of that company. David versus Goliath at its best… and I cheered their success!

The AI Shift 'Aha' Moment

I always wanted my own company, and this time, the timing was right. The idea to start Three Pillars Development as a website development company came when I was watching YouTube videos on something called β€˜AI Prompting’ or more accurately ‘prompt engineering‘.
When I realized how deep it went into how a properly trained β€˜prompt engineer’ has to go to get the best results possible given the subject matter, I knew that there was a business model here and how it would be applied to web design and web development.
For months and months, I read, listened, did research, played around, practiced and logged everything that I did and knew, leveraged and grew from.
They say it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert at anything. Well, I don’t know if I have reached that mark yet, but it certainly feels like I have.

Our Audience

The three pillars are the fundamental pillars of how we assist small business. AI technological integration should be every business’s intention and motivation.
Being a successful business owner is all about delegation. That’s where we come in. We educate and format implementational strategies.
We train small business owners and their employees where to integrate AI tools and outsource what they don’t or shouldn’t do, to PAs, VAs and definitely AI Assistants and Chatbots.
The reason I chose small business as the audience for the business model is because on a quicker scale and from a result-based strategy, I knew that we would have more impact on a quicker timeline.

Our Team

Three Pillars utilizes local talent in London as well as international professionals and experts in the US and other countries in the Euruopean Union, Oceania, Asia, Africa and South America.
These diverse professionals work in technical fields including front end and back end web development, programming, social media management and quality assurance related to web development and internet marketing arenas including search engine optimization and pay-per-click marketing.

Small Tasks Can Have Big Impacts

And, with even the smallest task, we can impact so much that it only made sense for me to focus the company on small business. Besides, it’s easier and better to get more personal and be responsible with a β€˜own it’ mentality.
Having worked for big companies and small ones, I know how impersonal big business can be when customer service takes a distant back seat to β€˜time on call’ for agents. Big companies have more customers than they deserve when customer service takes a back seat.
three-pillars-client-centric-approach

Client-Centric Approach

We prioritize client needs based on a first-come, first-serve basis, but there are exceptions, depending on urgency or level of need.
We strive to go the extra mile where we look to see what else we can do for clients.
If we foresee potential pitfalls ahead, we will make known possible next steps to avoid colliding with those possibilities.
We also strive to achieve the β€˜one call does it all’ approach where we try to prevent clients from calling us back five minutes after they just talked to us about the same issue. This also prevents a bit of embarrassment.

Social Responsibility

Social Responsibility Three Pillars always considers the greater good to the community, like with green initiatives.
Recycling anything is (or at least should be) not given much thought other than relating to logistics of where to recycle used products or which donation center to send something to if we think that others can make more use of it.
three-pillars-onboarding-process
