I began my career in print with ad layout, marketing, prepress, and desktop publishing after I graduated from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. You can read my Fanshawe story here.
My career included and then transitioned to web development, selling SEO, PPC, and analytics, and from my sales experience, trained sales agents for more than 5 years.
Also, with over a decade of experience as a Financial and Health Benefits Customer Services Agent as well as lead sourcing agent since 2008, I excel in account analysis and customer relations management. I am committed to building long-term relationships and ensuring high-quality service for every client.
I then expanded my horizons to work in finance for a number of years before shifting to health benefits customer service for another educational expanse.
Although my recent experience over the past several years includes call centers, I have done side hustles with market trading, small business support and have now completely shifted back to my first love, which is web development, image editing and have integrated AI tasks into all web development roles and tasks.
My diverse experience enhances my ability to understand tasks from a business ownerβs perspective. From my early freelance side hustles to my extensive career in various fields, I am dedicated to hard work and going the extra mile for clients.
I have years of experience as a desktop publisher, web developer, marketer and sales agent as well as made the shift to finances and health care and am now dedicating the rest of my career and business to being an internet marketer, utilizing ongoing new skillsets and including AI integration as they relate to web development and online image presentations.
