On-Site Service Visits
After it has been established that employees will be involved in any task delegated process, if required, there will be a site visit to get an understanding of the way the employee(s) work, systems they use and what their work looks like online, including any knowledge they have with web presence with the website, social media, CRMS and cloud applications.

Online Meetings & Remote Work
With all customers, we service small business across Canada online between 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM EST officially. Online work includes meetings and document or site work, whether it is on a website, image edit or working with AI tools.
For customers outside of the Southern Ontario area, a special arrangement may need to be made if at all. There are no on-site visits for customers that are outside the region.
