Refunds
Our refunds and exchanges policy lasts 15 days for one-off projects and stop payments are decided upon before the next 30 days phase for on-going monthly projects.

Any one-off products have 15 days for customers to decide on acceptance during quality assessments, which usually are vetted through design selections, etc.

And for on-going monthly projects, since payments are every 30 days, any future work done within the next phase of site development, seo, product creation or other elemental development will be halted.

Refund Requests

To receive a refund, please contact us and provide the information associated with the project that was completed or is currently in-progress.

Depending on the situation, there may be a full refund or partial refund, depending on the state of the service that has been completed.

Refund Approval

Once your refund has been approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have been approved for the refund and the amount of the refund will be put towards another service with Three Pillars Development if you remain a client.

If you decide to stop any services with Three Pillars Development, then the refund will be paid back to your credit card and/or bank account, depending on how you make purchases.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on which day in the new monthly service cycle we are on.

For example, if we are on day 15 of a 30 day SEO cycle, then a 50% refund will be granted, based on the amount paid into the program.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you were provided a refund, but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at inquiry@threepillarsdev.com or contact us by phone at (519) 608-9843. If we do not answer, we will try to respond within 12-24 hours.

Discounted Items
Any discounted services, which are included as Projects and Lots will be refunded at the discount price associated to any coupons that are associated.

Service Exchange Credits
Service exchanges are possible if the customer would like to utilize other services that Three Pillars Development offers. An example of this would be if a customer paid for a full ecommerce website, but decided instead to get an information website instead. Any cost savings could be applied to another associated service like SEO.

Coupons
If a coupon credit for project or lot upgrades is changed, any savings can be deployed into the new service upgrade or downgrade. Savings are usually associated to hourly-based changes to projects or lots, but other savings can be acquired, depending on the nature of the work.
